MySyn is an innovative e-signing and e-witnessing platform designed to simplify secure document management for businesses and individuals. The design goal was to build a trustworthy,
professional, and accessible user interface that clearly communicates MySyn’s strengths — security, efficiency, and innovation — while maintaining consistency across web touchpoints.
Objective
To design a modern, conversion-driven UI that establishes credibility, guides users smoothly through the product narrative, and provides a consistent visual system aligned with MySyn’s brand identity.
Role
As Lead UI Designer, I was responsible for translating business and user goals into visually cohesive interfaces for MySyn’s public website. My role included defining the visual language,
creating responsive layouts, selecting color palettes and typography, and ensuring brand consistency across pages. I collaborated closely with stakeholders and developers to align
design decisions with marketing objectives and technical constraints. The focus was on clarity, trust, and conversion efficiency while maintaining a premium enterprise look and feel.

The landing page was crafted as a storytelling flow that builds trust and drives conversion.
Key Sections:

- Feature cards highlighting speed, security, and accessibility with supportive icons.
